Questions families ask

Are your caregivers vetted?

Yes. Every caregiver completes an identity check, reference checks and an in-person caring interview before their first booking.

Do you provide medical or nursing care?

No. Aurelle provides non-medical home care: companionship, supervision, routines and everyday help. We do not give medication, clinical treatment or emergency services.

Can I book just one day?

Yes. One day is the most common way families start. You can request regular days later with the same caregiver when available.

Can I meet the caregiver first?

Yes. For regular plans we arrange a short introduction before the first booking. For same-day requests we share the caregiver’s profile and experience by phone or email.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the visit are free. Later cancellations may incur a fee — see our terms of service.

How do I pay?

We confirm the rate in writing before care begins and send an invoice after the visit. Replace this with your real payment process.

How do I book?

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We’ll reply to confirm availability, the caregiver and the rate before the visit.

Contact us to book care

Choose whichever is easiest for you. We reply during our opening hours and confirm availability, the caregiver and the rate before any visit.

What to include in your message

  1. The service you need (childcare, new mother, recovery, elderly or respite).
  2. The dates and times you’d like, or your regular weekly schedule.
  3. Your area or neighbourhood.
  4. Any routines, allergies, mobility needs or preferences.

Your message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we reply and agree the caregiver, date, hours and rate.

Are you a caregiver?

We’re always looking for kind, reliable people with experience caring for children, new mothers, recovering adults or the elderly.

Send a short introduction, your experience and your availability. We’ll reply with next steps.
